Jackson County Public Library Chooses Library·Solution
INWOOD, WV, December 21, 2007 - Jackson County Public Library (KY) has chosen TLC's ILS, Library·Solution®.
The library is upgrading to Library·Solution from New Generation Technologies Incorporated's LiBRARY SOFTTM.
"We went to several libraries and looked at their systems and the thing that we heard most was that these people (at TLC) are so helpful and available 24/7," said Jackson County Public Library Director of Technology Georgia Isaccs. "When you deal with companies, no matter how good their product, if they're not willing to be there for you, the product is useless. We went to several libraries and what I saw, I loved. I thought 'This will be fabulous.' I can go to bed at night and they can fix a glitch in the system and I'll never know. I have peace of mind knowing that someone is monitoring the system."
Jackson County Public Library joins 53 libraries in Kentucky that have chosen Library·Solution.
Library·Solution features customized reports, authority control, automatic backups, and many other features designed to assist the library's workflow. It also streamlines technical services and offers low system administration.
