TLC wants to ensure that your library gets the most out of our products, so we are committed to providing comprehensive and ongoing training to you and your staff.
TLC offers formal training sessions at your library and in our corporate headquarters in Inwood, W.Va. You and your staff will learn everything you need to know to operate and manage your TLC software, so there is no need for your library to hire extra personnel to maintain the system.
Additional training and information is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at TLC's Online Training Campus, which is filled with how-to videos and webinars. As a TLC customer, you will also have access to the Knowledge Base, an online repository of product information, updates, and advice.
